The Linux Foundation is a globally recognized non-profit technology consortium founded in 2000. It acts as a neutral, global home for the world's most critical open-source software, standards, and cloud-native projects, providing infrastructure, legal framework, and governance at global scale.
Among its many initiatives, the Foundation coordinates premier global tech events, summits, and developer conferences across the USA, Japan, Europe, and worldwide. Each event handles hundreds of speaker applications, multi-track scheduling, attendee registration, and vendor coordination.

The event management teams were spending countless hours on repetitive tasks that occurred almost daily across their global operations. Every event, every country, every time zone, the same manual processes, repeated by different people.
Manual Sessionize downloads
Teams had to manually download multiple CSV files from Sessionize for each event, speaker applications, session data, and evaluation scores.
Manual data processing
Downloaded files required manual uploading into Google Sheets, reformatting, and cross-referencing before any useful analysis could begin.
Manual statistical analysis
Speaker evaluation scores needed to be compiled, averaged, ranked, and analyzed by hand for selection decisions.

Suspicious attendee registrations through Cvent are identified and flagged with a single click, replacing a previously tedious manual investigation process.
